Brian Atkin

Brian is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker with over thirty nine years experience in the insurance industry. He had held senior positions with several of Australia's largest and most respected insurance corporations, both in Australia and abroad.
Brian has specialised as an insurance broker for a range of corporate, commercial and government enterprises. His skills, knowledge and experience effectively provide client focused solutions to insurance based issues that confront business today. Brian is the Director of our Broking Services and a Responsible Manager. In his spare time Brian enjoys spending time with his family, basketball and a good glass of red.
Glenn Simpson
- Managing Director
Glenn is a Chartered Accountant with over 26 years experience in the accounting profession including involvement in specialist areas such as mining, retailing and insurance. He has worked as a Chartered Accountant in both Australia and overseas for an international firm and operated his own public practice for seventeen years.
His knowledge and experience in business consulting and accounting has come to the fore in developing insurance products and overseeing the development of this business.
Ritesh Kerai
- Account Executive
Having worked for over 8 years in the UK Insurance Industry, Ritesh took the opportunity to migrate to Australia. Working closely with Brian, he is primarily focused in the Maritime Industry. His IT skills and ability to adapt to a fast changing environment makes him a solid all rounder. In his spare time Ritesh enjoys playing soccer and snooker.
Wendy Dawson
- Senior Account Executive
Wendy has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry & her portfolio has included commercial & corporate clients. She has held senior positions with both Broking and Underwriting companies dealing in Corporate, Commercial and Retail clients.
Wendy is a Senior Associate Member of the Australia and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF), has a Diploma in Financial Services (Broking), and is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (QPIB). In her spare time Wendy loves catching up with family and friends.
Deb Ferguson
- Senior Account Executive
Deb has over 20 years of insurance broking experience. She has held Senior positions with both International and Local companies and is experienced in all facets of insurance broking managing Commercial, Corporate and International clients. Deb is a strong team player and has high customer service standards for all her clients.
In her spare time she enjoys relaxing with her family, reading a good book and keeping fit.Deb is a Senior Associate Member of the Australia and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF), has a Diploma in Financial Services (Broking), is Workers Compensation Accredited and is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (QPIB).
Katherine Munro
- Senior Account Executive
Katherine has over 10 years experience in the insurance industry & her portfolio has included commercial & corporate clientele. She commenced her broking career in Sydney where she predominantly worked within the Financial Lines insurance sector. Since returning home to Perth she has worked with local and international brokerages and is continuing to expand her knowledge of all insurance policies.
Katherine is a Senior Associate Member of the Australia and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF), has a Diploma in Financial Services (Broking), and is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (QPIB). In her spare time Katherine loves going to whatever musical theatre show comes to Perth and sometimes even takes part in amateur performances! She loves reading a good book & spending time with her partner & son.
Joel Ciszek
- Account Executive
Joel has spent the past 9 years as an insurance broker specialising in the Construction and Home Indemnity (Builders Warranty) in Melbourne and the past 12 months in Perth. Joel is a Senior Associate Member of the Australia and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF), has a Diploma in Financial Services (Broking), and is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (QPIB). Joel’s main interests outside of work are sailing, surfing, travelling, and family.
Mirjana Huxtable

Mirjana is an Account Broker who works closely with Ritesh Kerai looking after large portfolio clients. Mirjana had obtained her Tier 1 qualification. In her spare time she likes walking and to put her feet up with a good book.
Kristen Masson

Kristen has over seven years experience in the insurance industry. Originally from Albany WA, she has been employed in a variety of roles both in Australia and overseas. Kristen has successfully completed a diploma in financial services and in her spare time enjoys a variety of water sports, spending time at the beach and travelling the globe.
Leonie Lynch
- Account Excutive Assistant
Leonie joined our team in 2011 and after working in administration in the financial services field for over 7 years. Leonie assists Account Executives and provides administrative support to Brian. Outside of work, Leonie enjoys spending time with family, cooking and entertaining.
Mitch Honey
- Account Executive Assistant
- Mitch joined our team after working in underwriting for 5 years, to grow and experience professionally all that the broking side of insurance has to offer. Mitch is currently studying towards his tier 1 qualification and is looking forward to move in to a broking role when ready.
Connie Anderton
- Administration Assistant
Connie joined our team early in 2010, after graduation from La Salle College in 2009. Since then Connie has worked closely with Deb and Katherine, servicing the needs of our Capricorn Society Clients. In her spare time, Connie enjoys Singing and catching up with her friends.
